VOLLEYBALL: The Yakima Parks and Recreation is hosting a fall adult league with divisions for all skill levels. Nine matches will be played weeknights at either 7:45 p.m. or 8:50 p.m. Registration runs Sept. 8-19 and the season runs from Sept. 29 to Dec. 12. The team fee is $250. * The Central Washington Volleyball Board of Officials will hold a rules meeting at 6 p.m. today at Yakima Valley Community College's MLK room. The organization covers Easton to Grandview and is in desperate need of officials. Anyone interested in officiating school ball this season should attend Thursday's meeting.
