Tommy McLaughlin, Davis soccer, senior

A four-year anchor on defense, McLaughlin earned all-league honors every season -- first team as a senior and junior, second team as a sophomore and honorable mention as a freshman.

CLASS 2A

Wes Ferrell, Ellensburg track, senior

Known mostly as a pole vaulter with a school-record clearance of 14-7 and six other meets over 14 feet, Ferrell also won the CWAC North javelin and has a best of 177-0.

CLASS 1A

Thomas Wilcox, Naches Valley, junior

As a shortstop and pitcher, Wilcox is batting .455 with five homers and 34 RBI and he's 6-1 on the mound. He started district play 6-for-6 with three doubles and two home runs.

CLASS 2B-1B

Dallas Maupin, Kittitas fastpitch, sophomore

Led the Coyotes to a 19-1 regular season with a .746 batting average and 52 RBI and posted a 12-1 pitching record with 98 strikeouts and 1.65 ERA.
