"THE CHRONICLES OF NARNIA: PRINCE CASPIAN" -- The Pevensie siblings are back, this time to help Prince Caspian assume his rightful place on the throne as king of Narnia. Starring William Moseley, Georgie Henley, Skandar Keynes and Anna Popplewell. Directed by Andrew Adamson. (PG, for epic battle action and violence.)

 

"NANKING" -- Documentary chronicles efforts by Westerners to shield the locals from the Japanese invasion of Nanking, China, in World War II. Narrators include Woody Harrelson, Stephen Dorff and Mariel Hemingway. Directed by Bill Guttentag and Dan Sturman. (R, for disturbing images and descriptions of wartime atrocities, including rape.)

"21" -- A fact-based story about six MIT students who learn how to count cards and take Las Vegas casinos for millions. Starring Jim Sturgess, Kate Bosworth, Lawrence Fishburne and Kevin Spacey. Directed by Robert Luketic. (PG-13, for violence, and sexual content including partial nudity.)

 

"88 MINUTES" -- Al Pacino plays a successful forensic psychiatrist and college professor who receives a death threat telling him he has only 88 minutes to live. Also starring Alicia Witt, Leelee Sobieski and Amy Brenneman. Directed by Jon Avnet. (R, for disturbing violent content, brief nudity and language.)

 

"10,000 B.C." -- A young hunter leads an army, battles cool CGI saber-toothed tigers and prehistoric beasties, unearths a lost civilization and tries to rescue the woman he loves. Starring Steven Strait, Camilla Belle, Cliff Curtis and Omar Sharif. Directed and co-written by Roland Emmerich. (PG-13, for sequences of intense action and violence.)

 

"BABY MAMA" -- A successful, single businesswoman hires a South Philly working girl to be her unlikely surrogate in this comedy. Starring Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, Greg Kinnear, Sigourney Weaver and Steve Martin. Written and directed by Michael McCullers. (PG-13, for crude and sexual humor, language and a drug reference.)

 

"DRILLBIT TAYLOR" -- A trio of nerds hire a second-rate bodyguard (Owen Wilson) to protect them from a psychotic bully who terrorizes them at the start of high school. Also starring Troy Gentile, Nate Hartley, David Dorfman and Leslie Mann. Directed by Steven Brill. (PG-13, for crude sexual references throughout, strong bullying, language, drug references and partial nudity.)

 

"EXPELLED: NO INTELLIGENCE ALLOWED" -- A documentary about evolution, creationism and "intelligent design" starring Ben Stein. Directed by Nathan Frankowski. (PG, for thematic material, some disturbing images and brief smoking.)

 

"THE FORBIDDEN KINGDOM" -- A discovery made by a kung fu-obsessed American teen sends him on an adventure to China, where he joins up with a band of martial arts warriors. Starring Michael Angarano, Jackie Chan and Jet Li. Directed by Rob Minkoff. (PG-13, for sequences of martial arts action and some violence.)

 

"FORGETTING SARAH MARSHALL" -- A jilted boyfriend takes a Hawaiian vacation to get over his TV star girlfriend -- who happens to be at the same resort, with her new boyfriend. Starring Jason Segel, Kristen Bell, Mila Kunis and Russell Brand. Directed by Nicholas Stoller. (R, for sexual content, language and some graphic nudity.)

 

"HAROLD & KUMAR ESCAPE FROM GUANTANAMO BAY" -- Resolute slackers Harold (John Cho) and Kumar (Kal Penn) try to sneak a bong onboard a flight to Amsterdam and are mistaken for terrorists. Also starring Rob Corddry, Roger Bart and Neil Patrick Harris. Written and directed by Jon Hurwitz and Hayden Schlossberg. (R, for strong crude and sexual content, graphic nudity, pervasive language and drug use.)

 

"HORTON HEARS A WHO!" -- This animated version of the beloved Dr. Seuss children's classic features the voices of Jim Carrey, Steve Carell, Carol Burnett, Amy Poehler, Will Arnett and Seth Rogen. Directed by Jimmy Hayward and Steve Martino. (G, for general audiences.)

 

"IRON MAN" (DIGITAL SHOWING IN SUNNYSIDE) -- Robert Downey Jr. stars as weathy inventor Tony Stark, who is kidnapped by terrorists, sees the evil of his ways and builds and dons a big iron suit to fight evildoers. Based on the Marvel Comics hero. Also starring Terrence Howard, Gwyneth Paltrow and Jeff Bridges. Directed by Jon Favreau. (PG-13, for some intense sequences of sci-fi action and violence, and brief suggestive content.)

 

"LEATHERHEADS" -- George Clooney directs and stars with Renee Zellweger and John Krasinski in a throwback comedy set in the world of 1920s football. Also starring Jonathan Pryce and Stephen Root. (PG-13, for brief strong language.)

 

"MADE OF HONOR" -- Patrick Dempsey covertly romances his best pal (Michelle Monaghan) after she asks him to be "maid of honor" at her wedding. Also starring Sydney Pollack, Busy Philipps and Kevin McKidd. Directed by Paul Weiland. (PG-13, for sexual content and language.)

 

"NIM'S ISLAND" -- A young girl and an author must conquer the challenges of magical Nim's Island in this fantasy. Based on the novel by Wendy Orr. Starring Jodie Foster, Abigail Breslin and Gerard Butler. Directed by Jennifer Flackett and Mark Levin. (PG, for mild adventure action and brief language.)

 

"PROM NIGHT" -- A sadistic killer from a high school senior's past has bloody plans for prom night. Starring Brittany Snow, Scott Porter, Jessica Stroup and Dana Davis. Directed by Nelson McCormick. (PG-13, for violence and terror, some sexual material, underage drinking, and language.)

 

"SPEED RACER" -- "Matrix" filmmakers Larry and Andy Wachowski's live-action version of the animated 1960s TV show. Emile Hirsch plays the race car driver of the title, who finds himself facing archrival Racer X (Matthew Fox). Also starring Christina Ricci as Speed's girl Trixie, and John Goodman and Susan Sarandon as Speed's parents. Directed by Andy and Larry Wachowski. (PG, for sequences of action, some violence and language.)

 

"UNDER THE SAME MOON" -- A boy living in Mexico crosses the Mexican-U.S. border to reunite with his mother. Starring Kate del Castillo, Adrián Alonso and Eugenio Derbez. Directed by Patricia Riggen. (PG-13, for some mature thematic elements.)

 

"WHAT HAPPENS IN VEGAS ... " -- Cameron Diaz and Ashton Kutcher are scheming strangers who wed on a whim, then battle over a Vegas fortune they've won. Also starring Queen Latifah and Rob Corddry.
