It is past time to take back juvenile crime prosecution from the state and put it back in the hands of local law enforcement and judges. We are lobbied out of our ability to curb gangster crime here because Liberal state bureaucracies and agencies, controlled by the west side of the state, don't think holding kids accountable for their actions is a good way to prevent future bad behavior. The west side has only a small idea of what we have to put up with here. We finally got our gang law and what happens?, A Renton State representative by the name of Prentice, practices her racist leanings and at the last minute, guts the heart of the law by eliminating its punishment section and most of its effective gang identification and tracking abilities, claiming the law would "Profile" gang members. Well, what does she think it is SUPPOSED to do? By the way, she is Hispanic and thought we gringos were picking on them as a race with our gang law. Who does she think most of the members are? In spite of the ACLU, I see a Mexican kid and immediately wonder if he's a gangster or good guy, certainly because of his appearance, especially if he is wearing and displaying "colors". If it walks like a duck, talks like a duck, looks like a duck, it MUST be a duck. Right? It's time to get real and tell the ACLU (Anti-american Criminal Lovers United) to go away and let us prosecute criminals, no matter what age they are.
